ON-GOING: Hope Chest Donations for The Well

The Hope Chest at The Well, is a free community closet for women, men, and children that provides shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, toiletries, linens and so much more. Each quarter, a family from the community can set up an appointment to shop for up to 15 free items for each person in their household. Each appointment includes a personal shopping assistant and a list of resources.

The Hope Chest is in critical need of the following items:

GENERAL ITEMS ACCEPTED:

• Women’s, Men’s, Children’s Seasonal Clothing ONLY
• New/Unused Underwear & Socks, ALL SIZES
• Lightly used bras
• Women’s, Men’s & Children’s Used & New Shoes: ALL Sizes
• Athletic Clothing: Leggings, Jogger Pants, T Shirts: All Sizes
• Diapers: Sizes 3,4,5,& 6

TOILETRIES ACCEPTED: 3 oz & Full Size (NO HOTEL ITEMS)

• Shampoo & Conditioner Sets
• Body Wash & Soap Bars
• Toothpaste / Toothbrushes
• Sensitive Skin Lotion
• Hand/Body Wipes
• Plastic Tampons / Pads
• Deodorant 
• Chapsticks
• Razors / Shaving Cream
• Shaving Cream

Donations should be made directly at The Well, 4710 Pennington Ave., Curtis Bay.  Please call 410-589-6670 to verify good drop-off times.

The Well is a community of women being transformed through long-term relationships, practical programs, and the healing power of love. We are a nonprofit, 501c3, organization. 

The Well is an LH Outreach Partner.  LH supports The Well through regular financial donations, in-kind donations and volunteers for special projects.  We also support them by selling Hon's Honey products in the Cafe on Sunday mornings!
